By purchasing from Matcha Senmon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Products
- Matcha Senmon resells authentic Japanese brand matcha.
- Product descriptions, tasting notes, and expiry dates are provided to the best of our knowledge, but natural variations in flavour, colour, and aroma may occur.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment via secure third-party payment providers. Your financial details are not stored by Matcha Senmon.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Shipping
- We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds apply as stated on our website.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of matcha, returns cannot be accepted once products have been opened.
- Refunds or replacements are available in cases of damaged, faulty, incorrect, or lost items (see our Refund Policy).
- Change-of-mind refunds are not available.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
- Customers are advised to store matcha properly (in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight) to maintain quality.
6. Liability
- Matcha Senmon is not liable for any misuse of products or allergic reactions. Please check ingredients before purchase.
- We make no medical claims about the health benefits of matcha.
7. Policy Updates
- Matcha Senmon reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website.
